What payment methods you have?

On our website, we offer the following payment methods for your convenience: iDeal, PayPal and creditcards.

How can I return an item?

If you ordered an item online but it’s not to your satisfaction, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receiving it by dropping it off at a parcel point. Please refer to our return policy for the exact conditions:

• Returns can be dropped off at any parcel point.

• Please note that return shipping costs and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Be sure to include the completed return form inside the package.
• Send the Track & Trace code to support@suitingyou.eu so we can monitor the return shipment.

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

We aim to ship your order within 1 to 3 working days.

When do you have new drops?

When we upload a new drop, it usually happens on Sunday evening at 8:00 PM. We aim to do this every week, but it may vary. Want to stay updated on which week we will release a new drop? Follow us on Instagram @suitingyou, where we post information about upcoming drops.

Where can I go with a complaint?

Please submit your complaint by email within 7 days to support@suitingyou.eu, and you will receive a response within 14 days.

Where can i find your privacy policy?

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. How we handle your data is governed by privacy laws, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) You can read and download our Privacy Policy ans also our Terms & Conditions.
